Free sports physical examinations are available at WV Health Right Free Clinic. The Clinic is located on Charleston's West Side at 511 Central Avenue. Call 304-340-1555 to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins are also accepted. Clinic hours are 8AM - 4 PM Monday through Thursday plus Thursday evenings 4 - 7 PM. Hours are 8AM - 1 PM on Fridays.
